Re: Card replacement programme: Non-EU Dependent of UK Citizen

I applied for a replacement card for my 4EUFAM which was due to expire on the 29th of April, 2021. My timeline:
Applied for new IRP card online under withdrawal treaty - 23rd Feb 2021
Confirmation email received that application processed - 1st March 2021
New IRP cards delivered in post - 5th March 2021.
What’s the validity on your IRP card?

Re: How long for new Irish Residence Permit Card?

Applied on Saturday the 27th of March, 2021. Received email morning of the 30th March, 2021. Approved and should receive between 5 - 10 working days. My question is how long is the Irish Residency Permit card valid for 5 or 10 years. Renewing based on the withdrawal agreement.

What's the difference between a stamp 5 and an EU3 (4EU stamp permanent residence card). I thought that the EU3 stamp was also permanent.

Sorry, Obie, which bit have I got wrong? My feeling is that the accompanying and joining provision is completely unworkable. If a RC card holder arrives at immigration and says that the EEA family member will be joining later, either the officer accepts that at face value, or the RC holder has to d...
