Hi Directive, my question was can i apply for residence card for my wife in france with her expired schengen visa which wasn't issued to her based on my EU nationality as i wasn't an EU national during her time of application. I hope my question is more clearer now . Thank you

I'm going to get a lawyer on the case. Do you think this would help me greatly or just be a wast of time.
