I would recommend you to take a solicitor or immigration advisor help. I know it will cost you money but it will save you long term.

I have heard cases where people has claimed and returned the money but still got refusal.

I sent my application through Citizenship application Post on 8th of November. I have received the acknowledgement letter and fee had been debited.
