Re: Section 3 MN1

In the guidance notes, it specifically is titled Section 3, which is ONLY applicable for applications under section 3(2) or 3(5) of the nationality act and for children whose parents are British by descent, neither of which is applicable to your children who are applying under section 3(1). Is form MN1 is right form? Yes, a separate form for each child. Section 3.1 (page 11)says " Please say which parent is the one who is British Citizen by descent and whom this application is based" Not relevant, leave blank. Re: Tier 2 to ILR maintenance

Dear All,
Just an update. I only sent one month bank statement and oone month payslip. Got ILR on 26th November 15.
Moral of the story, if you are applying for ILR under Tier 5 you don't need 3 months payslip or bank statement, just send recent, one of each document.

Re: ILR on Tier 2 General basis (Salary Issues)

As long as you are earning same or higher than what lead to your last tier2 extention, you will be fine. Your pay is, what your payslips and employer letter says, not what you calculate. You can ask your employer to state your pay on the basis of 39 hours/week if those are your contract hours.

Salary slips are just to prove that you worked for same employer for >6 months, it does not mater what was you salary...
