Hello, I received my ILR in September 2010. I have the PR issued on my British National (Oversea) passport. I'm going to apply for citizenship in coming September. I have the feeling. If you ring them, they will not be able to tell anything during the call but they might pull your case and drop that in front. Also, try email, writing a letter, it doesn't cost you much but why not give that a go?
