Got my papers back today - positive!

Was worried because of one day below £800 but was lucky - employer's letter explaining delayed payment together with home accounts saved me.

Hello, if I'm refused Tier 1 and decide to appeal, can I change my mind and send Tier 2 instead while appeal pending? Many thanks

Tier2 runs out, Tier1 still processed: new Tier2 waiting...

Am awaiting an outcome of Tier 1 application posted 3rd April in the UK. My current Tier 2 runs out in 2 weeks and, although I have a Sponsorship Nr for Tier 2 extension for another 6 months, I'd rather prefer Tier 1. Not sure now whether I should wait for a final outcome of Tier 1 or post a new app...

Maintenance funds - 1 day short!!

Hello, I am trying to switch from Tier 2 to Tier 1 and have all in order apart from one day during the specified 3 months when my account dropped below £800 due to circumstances beyond my control. Do you know any similar cases? Any advice would be much appreciated.
