i already wrote a letter to them again 2 weeks ago, just waiting to get the reply, waiting like a long long long time to get repond. Thanks for the advice details.

sent a letter to HO enquiry about the process on 21/01/10
then they sent a letter back to me on 14/02/10 saying my application is on the query due to the high volume application and is held in liverpool now......after that until now nothing i heard
