Applied on 6th July, Got Approval on 7th Nov online satuts is still showing Awaiting a decision. Got letter in post today which says application is approved and contact council for ceremony.

Is this letter an approval case? Or do I need to wait for another letter.

NCS dont take the letters or unnecessary documents that are not needed. I applied and carried all P60s and P800s , None were taken and lady at NCS told me that the NI . no is enough and all HO will do is in case of anything they will write and request if reqd. You could apply on the 14th Thursday 2016 of April as an example. make sure your case is straight fwd? And doing PEO? No you can't.

Your wife will have to come back to UK, on a single entry visa in case her visa is expired, and The big problem is you have to apply for a new BRP again.

This is simpley not allowed while travel when your BRP/ application is under process.

AFAIK. National documents cannot be sent overseas by post. And BRP card being a national document, it cannot be sent by post/courier. Book a PEO at an earlier date so that your wife can travel on the 8th. Keep a week to 10 days buffer after PEO to get your BRP card.
