i was eea family member i was married in 2003 i had 5 years resident expired in nov 2009and i was divorced from her in 2008, and grant permanent resident in july2010 and i want apply for citizen please
any advice please .please help me

hi thanks for reply ,i been married for 6 years and divorced in march i submited 44a under eurpeean law 3 year marriage with eea member,i enquirey about coa , iand i send ho for legacy cases as well

hi i submited my application eea4 after divorces at 16 03-10 till today i did'nt receiver COA,i cant wait more in that i have to give my coa to my employer ,and i been waiting as well legacy cases im here from 2000 and i apply for asylum seeker at 2000 ,any one can he know how long take please thanks

first thing when you divore after 3years ,you must keep all proof addres and all pays slips and p60 of your wife at past 3years
and keep any paper show in he'sname and yours name ok any thing and you can apply for permanent residence ,
