Immigration queue

Hello all

I recently got my British passport. My wife still has her FLR(M) - dependent of a UK resident visa.

When at airport immigration queue to enter UK, can she join me in the EU queue?

Re: PBS dependant not eligible for FLR(M)?

Hello, I am in similar situation. Did you finally apply under FLR(M)? Were there any issues? I came to the UK in 2009 as a Tier 1 General Migrant. In July 2014, I got ILR after 5-years continuous residence as a PBS migrant. My wife and son joined me in the UK in May 2013 as Tier 1 dependant partner ...

Do you have a format/ template of the absence letter from employer? The employer obviously does not know the country I went to during my holiday so they are reluctant to mention this on the letter. Also they are happy to provide a letter with approved annual leaves but that doesnt cover adjoining we...

Re: Visa Extention category after main applicant gets ILR

Thanks for your response. I am thinking of applying as FLR(M) as it is cost effective - saving about 2200£. I have another option - extend now with Flr(m) and after 2 years apply as Pbs dependent - the ole guidance says that the latest leave in last 5 years should be as a PBS dependant so this way w...

Did you get a letter from NARIC ? Was that for your degree?
I think the print from PBS calc is sufficient.

She will apply further extension as PBS tier 1 dependent until she qualify for ILR after 5 years. If she applies FLR(M) her continuous residence clock will reset and she have to spend again 5 years to qualify for ILR.
