Hi Friends,

First of all, many thanks for all the help you have rendered during my ILR PEO application. My wife is planning for her FLR(M) now and I am her sponsor - can I accompany her ? I want to but, not sure if it is allowed.

Can you please confirm whether we need to provide evidence of absences when they are under the limit? I mean none of my absences are more than 90 days (the longest one is 32 days) and I have not been out of the country for more than 180 days. Evidence of absence less than 180 days in the last 5 years

I have less than 180 days total absence from the UK in the last 5 years and I am applying for my ILR next month. I need to know whether I need to provide evidence for my leaves for which I have spent time outside UK. I have been out of the UK for family get togethers on Casual leave from my company....

Why didn't you include your wife's application as a dependent ? As in the past you would have included your wife's application as a dependent case during your Tier 2 ICT extension along with your own application, similarly, you could have done that, right ?
