Thanks for all the replies...but why I need to take ILR approval letter, isn't BRP proof of ILR? If it's required, I'll need to check because we may have thrown it away after getting BRP.

Thanks for your quick reply. Regarding BRP, she doesn't have one, her original visa was pasted on her foreign passport which we have. Also won't we need to submit my BRP proving that I have ILR?

Thanks alot for your quick reply. What about my wife? She hasn't used the ESOL Entry Level 3 exam for any other visa application before as that is only a requirement for ILR, would that ESOL certificate work in her case?
