Re: Will amending my taxes affect my citizenship application?

IMHO , the question to ask here is 1) Is this was earlier ILR period and you didn't mention it in application and you just got lucky! . If you answer YES to this part than this will create a problem for you... 2) If this is after ILR and you have done all arrangements with HMRC and can provide docum...

As a best option , just book yourself NCS appointment . They will guide you what is being required . Your son needs passport until and unless it's stateless case.

Re: Link between passport fee deduction and approval date for NDRS + JCAP

Honestly there is no link and best way is to wait for the outcome . You can get good idea once your fee is gone and invitation letter for Bio metric appear on post but apart from this there is no update from HO ( I have heard something about an on line service but not sure how much accurately it ref...

Re: ILR - Limited Company - Loss in current FY

In first place i am not an expert in accounts and you should take professional advice for your on going case. If your ILR period lies in FY of company which is running in loss than i am afraid you can't show any dividends as they are always from the profit after taking any tax liability. Can you ple...

Re: mn1 under process without ilr and visa expires

Hi , happy new year .. in my huble opinion your application approval chance are quiet slim . If it's possible , take back your application ( if possible cancell the payment details while calling bank ) . Apply ILR first as being advised and than finally go for registration .

Re: British Citizenship for Child born abroad before marriag

Not quiet expert as respected members but it seems like father has to prove his parenthood . Case is not as simple as getting DNA results but it all goes to past history of father 1) Is father already married and got children from earlier marriage ? 2) Father is divorced and this is the second marri...

Hi , my understanding is bit different so it's my own personal opinion .. IMHO , you are being asked for your degree ( Bsc / Msc ) to be equivalent to UK Bachelor degree not the english language requirement . Call your uni , get letter saying your medium of instruction at uni was english send to UKN...

On Positive note , if you have clear immigration history than nothing to worry about . As far as the work place is concerend , you can ask them to check with HO that my application is under process with them . To my best knowledge HO don't issue such letters but employer can ask them through employe...

Hi , After going through a really long post with excellent remarks from group member here is my humble advice to you . To tier1_king

You have to call HO to get the answer as i remember , they do ask you at the time of application (ILR) what you will do with the child application ( go for ILR now or apply BC ). Most of us including me answered, will apply for the passport after registering the child .

Hope your situation will get better . As 6 months has been passed , your best approach is contact HO and Local MP to see whats going on with your case . Try to get info about yourself held at police national computer to see if some thing unusual appear . Ho keeps your record , so better see whats SA...

Along with AN form , provide the lastest self assessment statement from HMRC . I think thats the only paper you need to attach . Additionally , you can attach any supporting document related to your particular case.
