I married 2 years ago. At the time of marriage we both were holding individual Tier 1 Visas. My Wife has recently got ILR (in Jan 2013). I am still on my Original Tier 1 Visa and will qualify for ILR in Aug 2015 (5 years stay) on that basis.

Can I get my ILR done before that somehow?

Limited company will give you better control of your finances, whereas working through umbrella companies will be more flexible and no strings attached king of thing. Not mandatory by companies house, but advisable. Depends on your contract terms with other companies.
