ILR Qualification based on Wife?

I married 2 years ago. At the time of marriage we both were holding individual Tier 1 Visas. My Wife has recently got ILR (in Jan 2013). I am still on my Original Tier 1 Visa and will qualify for ILR in Aug 2015 (5 years stay) on that basis.

Can I get my ILR done before that somehow?

As hsmphopeful said, it depends on the money involved and how long you plan to stay and work for here. Limited company will give you better control of your finances, whereas working through umbrella companies will be more flexible and no strings attached king of thing. So advice you to think over it...

you can process dividends once a month and it's perfectly legal to do so.
Can and legally allowed, but not advisable. There should be enough distributable profit to declare dividends. Its an acceptable practice to declare it 3 months.

Can someone confirm whether it's compulsory to purchase Employers & Liability insurance for your Limited Company? My accountant helped to set up the company and he's never mentioned it.
Not mandatory by companies house, but advisable. Depends on your contract terms with other companies.

Dont really understand the value of super premium. it just saves you the cost of travelling to their offices instead of you going to UKBA.

And the cost is £6000+visa app cost!! too much IMHO
