Hi I have had my ILR 5 year work permit refused but Ihave LTR till 2012 so asked for COA and at the same time also reconsideration . Now my COA has been over 6 weeks so i am worried it might be refused! I have waited 5 years so i can marry with ILR status but sadly it was refused . Please advise. Re...

COA over 6 weeks now

Hi

I have had my ILR refused so asked for COA and at the same time also reconsideration . Now my COA has been over 6 weeks so i am worried it might be refused!

Please advise.

No I have not left the country for five years . No offences. I did change employer once and then changed location in company due to restructuring .
