Re: British born child of separated parents

What is your status in the UK (if you are in the UK)?
This question is for some one not myself, Mum of that child has Discretionary 30 months leave.
Without proof of the ILR, you won't be able to register the child
Any possibility ?

Re: Tier 4 Student. College Revoked, But did not recived let

If you really want to be completely pedantic the letter actually post dates the curtailment date to 60 days from the expected postal arrival / delay of the letter to get to the migrant. So it is 60 days plus two business days when calculating the actual date of curtailment. Hi You do not need to ca...

Re: Visa for graduation ceremony

Hi
Yes you can come back to attend your graduation ceremony.
However you may have to satisfy the person at entry clearance stage. I would suggest you to

Book return ticket
Proof of sufficient funds
Proof of accommodation (Hotel booking etc)
Ceremony booking confirmation etc

Re: tier 4 dependent visa rejected

In the current climate, it will be nearly impossible to get admission if you have a little problem with your immigration history
Please read carefully before posting. She doesn't has any prob in immigration history, just the dependant was refused because of 319C(i).

Re: Visa Refused: Appeal or not Appeal?

Hi
As per the document you attached
You need to show around £7500 in your account for 28 days while your bank statement clearly shows that balance fell down to £390 during last 28 days.
Appeal will not help in this situation so the only option is to go back and apply from home country
