Will the Case worker check LTD company accounts or Personal income records?

I have taken more dividend then paid it back into company.
So I have not underpaid any CO tax.. I paid it all. But now I sm wondering whether this will be an issue because the figures were different?

Don't worry about Contracts and stuff when it comes to your VISA. All you need to show is you have certain level of "Earnings" achieved in any 12 months period in 15 months duration. UKBA will consider Gross Dividends as long as you show Dividend Vouchers. Read in Policy Guidance. Its clearly written.
