I have taken more dividend then paid it back into company.
So I have not underpaid any CO tax.. I paid it all. But now I sm wondering whether this will be an issue because the figures were different?

Thanks. So if we can book separate appointments but around the same time, can we submit both applications to the same case worker?

Or

Do I need to go first then she books an appointment 2 days later etc?

I will book ILR peo date 20 - 25 days prior to visa expiry, ofcours depending on availability.

Don't worry about Contracts and stuff when it comes to your VISA. All you need to show is you have certain level of "Earnings" achieved in any 12 months period in 15 months duration. No matter if you earned 50k in 1 month.. UKBA won't reject your VISA as long as you can prove your earnings are from ...

Hi,

If you have profits in your company, you can take dividends at any time and those dividends will be your personal income. I don't think you have a problem with that..

UKBA will consider Gross Dividends as long as you show Dividend Vouchers. Read in Policy Guidance. Its clearly written.

If you took Salary + Dividends... its simple & straight forward. You just need Payslips, Dividend Vouchers, Accountant Letter. Personally I don't see a point of the account going negative regularly if you are earning at Tier 1 highly skilled level.
