I am still waiting.
I applied on 23rd Dec, Fee Deducted on 22 Jan.
I might call them next week, I think I should wait for atleast another week.

Does 28 days early application rule apply on Naturalization application as well or applicant should complete 1 year on ILR before Naturalization application.
I am on ILR from 11 dec 2012 after 2 year HSMP and 3 years on Tier 1.

Original Son Birth Certificate
