@ maviesk, Thanks. It is a sticker in my Passport. Perhaps you could request that they transfer it into your passport? @makisig, I am really impressed with them! I was totally surprised when I opened the package to find my documents and passports enclosed! My advice would be to send in a very detail...

Thanks for your post mamag, you were right , I received my COA today(1/6/10)! (dated 21/05/10)
