Query on Physically present in the UK

Dear Members, I am applying for naturalisation on 07/Dec/2016 using NCS. This means if everthing goes well, the Application will be delivered on 08/Dec/2016. 5 Years from that date i.e. 09/Dec/2011, I flew out of UK to India on Holiday. There is no stamp for this. I got only stamped on 10-Dec-2011 i...

Only the first letter of the Place of birth was a mistake. I have already sent the BRP and Passport with a covering letter as advised by them.

Do you really think that HO is playing some kind of silly game and asking people to send documents to some unknown or wrong address. Why were the post office people perplexed by the address? Do they think that Bristol is a non-existent city? Or does Bristol have no PO Boxes? Thanks for the re...

Not required (assuming your usual statement generation date is the 24rd of every month), the latest statement should be no older than 1 month before the date of application. So you are good if you are applying any day before the 24rd of December. Thanks O_Relly. That is what I was hoping. I am appl...

Query on Bank Statement

Hi, I have a query regarding the bank statements date. For the previous earnings section, is it required to have bank statements covering the entire earnings period? For example, Date of earnings claimed: 01-12-12 to 30-11-13. I have current account statements till 24th November 2013. Is this suffic...

The visa could be checked in India during the immigration clearance. It might be hard to explain there after landing.

I would have to humbly disagree with you. Dependant guidance is one of the most straightforward guidance from UKBA. The requirement is very minimal. The maintenance requirement depends on extent of your stay. If you are here in the UK for more than 12 months, then the dependant needs to show 600 GBP...

(a) is not applicable as your previous leave was granted in 2011 and not before 6 April 2010. Therefore, (b) must be applicable. Are you not happy? Hi Vinny, I was under the impression that though the last grant was in 2011, it was granted based on rules before 06 April 2010. Therefore the period o...
