Anyone applied on or after 14th of July at Bangalore got their visa dispatched? One of my friend applied on 14th and the status is still "Under Process". He looked to be little tensed as visas are being dispatched in around 7-8 working days recently.

sorry, forgot to mention that even college name is same in both certificates..Only the University name differs...
