Can any of you tell me if application for PR can be made 3-4 months before the 5 years residenc card expire? As far as I know if you live in U.K. For 5 years from the first day you enter the uk with eea family permit then you can apply for PR without having to wait for your residence card to expire....

I have completed my 5 years residence last year in Feb and i just got my pr card this year in March . To my understanding i have to wait for 12 months then i can apply for British citizenship. Anyway if any of you could apply without waiting for 12 months please let us know :)

Forget to tell you guy that HO did use my special next day delivery envelope. I have come across on this site someone said HO wont use it but in my case they did.

23/06/ COA received
21/10/10 RC recieved (issued 18/10/10) sticked oin my passport and valid for 5 years
