Q1 The form states: "1.16 Name and address in the UK for all correspondence about your application if different from 1.12" (1.12 is Your UK address - which I take to mean, where you live). So, of course you could use a different address - that's exactly what that section of the form is for. Thank y...

I don't see real purpose of registration certificate either.... I think either they tried to keep record of how many EU worker are here.... OR They tried to make money out of it... In anyway its been a formality... my first hand experience... But i wanna add that some time ago, one of my friend was ...

Re: UKBA rejects me the comprehensive medical insurance

Hi guys! My wife is applying for a residence card as a family member of a EEA. In order to apply for the residence card, we got a comprehensive medical insurance from WPA (XSHealth) such as was recommended in a post some month ago. The problem is that now the UK border agency refuse me the residenc...

Wow... That didn't go well, did it? Correct me if i am wrong I don't think the Rights attached to RC/PR are tempered in any way by joining different queue, rather its just organisational arrangement with appropriate qualified staff at appropriate desks.... But what is the purpose of filling in the l...

Not true. I can apply for EEA2 as she is a full-time student, provided that private health insurance has been taken out, thereby bypassing the 12 months under WRS rule for those who only work.

Re: EEA3 & EEA4

Is it mandatory that I need to apply for PR as well? No. Its Optional. You dont need private health insurance IN ANY CASE, as long as she is working. Doesn't matter part-time or full time.

But u cant apply for EEA2, as she has not completed 12 months employment,
your only option is FMRS, with part-time employment documents.

COA, as the name suggest, is confirmation of your application... This can be used for employment n stuff... But not for traveling (Except for uk).... He would need visa even with Residence card, i think  Joint account is more than enough... There is no need for photos or anything like that.......

One can apply for PR after 5 years, regardless of what you get...
One need to just prove that via documents...
And one can apply for BC straight away after one of attaining PR status...

RC & PR are the confirmation of one's rights....and these make it easier to apply for BC, thats all.

But i wonder why they put it like this?

And whether they check that or no?

Does the Deree Absolute state the date of when the preceeding was started or it only says when it is finalised?
