hi there, i need healp regarding tax credits, my wife is british citizen she is getting CTC and was geting WTC when she was getting maternity pay now she is not getting the WTC as she is not getting the maternity pay any more, i have just started working, i am just wondering can i claim the WTC join...

thanks for reply nyameye, only my wife is claiming benifits, but for the child tax credits she had to claim as a couple, as for the tax credit it has to be claim to togeather, so i am the joint claimer in the tax credits,
