Hi Friends

I have got ILR last year after Tier 1 .

Now i want to apply ILR for my wife who was my TIer 1 dependent so far . Could you please guide which application form to use SET (M) or SET (O) ?

I have searched forum and still confused ..

You Pay taxes
You Pay national Insurance monthly
You pay huge Visa Fees and extension fees every 1-2 years.

but Now take it or leave it

Health surcharge 200 pounds per person per year additional.

I wonder what National Insurance is for

Hi Switching to Tier 1 will restrict you from working as doctor in training.If you have got job offer in CT1/ST1, ideally Deanry will offer you Tier 2 Sponsorship.
