I thank God, I have been issued two yrs. Guys put your trust in God and call them. I was called on last week and I submitted my passport and I was told next day to collected and I saw 27 months.
It will take 20working days for the embassy to review their decision and if the decision is overturn, they will contact you to submit passport for visa. If they stick to their decision it will go on to appeal which will take up to 6month
I cud understand how u feel, My wife feel dissapointed in them. I am in similar situation here in Nigeria. To be honest it is a waiting game. U and your spouse will just have to wait.
Send original marriage certificate, with loads of wedding pictures and get a letter from the registrar where you got married to support your marriage certificate.
Working whilst overstaying cud be aggreavating circumstances and this cud use at discretion of the ECO and they have to put family life into consideration.
