ILR BRP

Hello, I applied for ILR at PEO Croydon week before last and application was approved. Assuming I will get my BRP in 7 working days, I took NSC appointment for my kid for this Thursday but still haven’t received my BRP yet. Would someone know if I can still go with the appointment based on ILR appro...

Did you receive your BRP in time for NCS appointment? I am in similar situation, waiting for my BRP from PEO appointment last week.

ILR Approved, BRP Awaited

Hello,

I applied for ILR last week at Croydon PEO, which got approved (thank you to all wonderful people on this forum who take time to help others) and now awaiting BRP.

Is there someone who applied last week and still waiting for or already got BRP?

Cheers,

Few Set O Queries plz

Hello, I am stuck with few sections in Set O where your advise will really help. I am applying after 5 yrs on T1(G). 1. Sec 9 (Confirm if you have spent continuous 5 years lawfully). My guess is we tick YES even when the application is made before 5 years completion using 28 days and 90 days concess...

Query-UK born dependent not applying ILR with main applicant

Hello, I know it isn't required for UK born dependent to apply for ilr along with main applicant as she can register for naturalization once I get my ILR. The query is in wake of so many success stories here where caseworker queries for the reason dependent is not applying at same time. Should I men...

Set O-Your Finances Query

Hi, I am starting my homework for ILR application early next month (August) on basis of 5 years in UK on Tier 1. In 'Your Finances' section of Set 0, it says bank statements/payslips should be from last 3 months while I will be claiming points based on income between July last year and June this yea...

Re: Bank Statement..ILR next week

Which route are you applying ilr in? For tier 1, you need to show bank statements and salary slip of any 12 consecutive months in last 15 month for income points.

Which date to apply ILR on?

Hello, I think my assumption is correct but just wanted to have it cross checked with experts here. My initial Tier 1 was valid from 1-Sep-2010 and I entered UK on 5-Sep-2010 (5 days delay). I extended my Tier 1 twice (2nd extension wasn't strictly required but I covered for any eventuality) and my ...

Re: Applying for ILR using premium service one month in adva

I think even OP can apply upto 28 days prior to visa start date rather than entry date but you are right, 90 day rule works in advantage of late comers who used most of available 90 days. Interestingly, there used to be an option to request for visa start date to be deferred by up to 90 days from d...

Re: DOES REDUNDANCY AFFECT ILR??

Call me a pessimistic but here is my viewpoint. Tier-1 General, the purpose of it for to attract highly skilled talent into UK without a job offer. For ILR application yes it is a earnings based calculator but effectively they are gauging you by "how much economically you have been active over the ...
