aditipritam,

Can you tell me are you applying for ILR on which VISA tier-1 or Tier-2ICT. If its Tier-1 the letter should be ok,however if its Tier2 ICT it is not ok and the letter should be as per the guidelines stating the SOC code and employer needs you in future.

If there is a gap of 2000 pounds to fulfill the criteria for Tier 1 to cross the 35k barrier are there any means to get sorted on this??
