Re: Wife's ILR for TIER 1 (GENERAL) now British citizen applicant

I've just done my wife's 2 weeks ago. Its quite easy now, just search for ilr online application, and apply online. Docs that attached were: Her passport, biometric, life in the UK, English B1 and 2 photographs with name written on back. Soon as you complete online form and pay for it, it gives you ...

Re: NARIC certificate required eventhough applicatant passed English test

I did my wife's online application couple weeks back, but wasn't really asked these questions of absences or their evidence... Also, wasn't asked about education details either.. just kept answering questions asked and in the end the checklist that came out only asked about passport, biometric, life...

Re: Few questions about Set(O)

That's my doubt as well. My wife has applied using Set (O) online and the checklist does not even include cohabitation docs although the paper form has it. I don't know if she should submit those or not, and if so, from when. Yeah let me know if they ask you to send any additional docs.. what date ...

However have noticed one thing, the information they've asked on the online application as faaaar less ...

T1G dependant to ILR

Hi all, I'm a british citizen now, through T1G 5yr route. Thought I should start preparing for my wife's ILR, due in Sep2018. So was wondering what documents do I need and what tests is she required to give: 1. English level B1 test certificate (£150  ), is that correct? 2. Life in the UK cer...

Passport office texts you though.
But they only text you for updates, like your passport will be with you in x weeks and stuff, not anything relating to if anything is required, right?

thanks for ur reply... but there r quite a few thing flaky about this.. The letter doesn't have any home office case or reference ID on it. It says to comply within 28days, but the letter just say "June 2016" no proper date. It also doesn't have any contact telephone number on it. Plus it has employ...
