Thanks for your response the EEA national has never file a self employed tax but does for Corporate tax as he is not selfemployed but uses his limited liability company that he opens. Everything done is done under the company rather than him

I can report that they have accepted a letter (+certified translation) from my German insurer listing the dates I was insured there as evidence of CSI without any problem, and I have received my document certifying permanent residence on the 31st of March. I had the same issue the lady at the immigration desk even ask why am I depending on my EU family member as an adult and was asking a derogative question she later insist she must stamp my passport and did my fingerprintI will like to know if this is lawful and right I Felt I was discriminated again...

I do not think the law requires you to continue to live together forever the only time your friend may need her brother his when she want to apply for PR to provide the ID and as well shows He is still leaving in UK.
