AFAIK, BHC in India has not imposed any such requirement - notarised copies of sponsor passport. Thanks Aruni4470, 1. My wife's name is not changed including the Surname name in any of the documents. We have kept everything as it is. If your visa expires on 11-July but you exit UK on 1-Aug, then you'll be overstaying in the UK for 20/21 days, not just 1.
