Hi, I had applied for spouse visa in 2007 from VFS Pune and BHC had made some mistake in it. So I resubmitted my passport to the VFS office in Pune itself and they took care of forwarding it to BHC. But the correction was done in no time. Just a couple of days I think. Good luck!

Hi, I am exactly in the same situation but I am applying from India. I too have Barclays Bank Statements in plain A4 sheets accompanied with a company headed letter saying they are authentic. Will the case workers view the bank statements differently as compared to the home office in UK? Thanks!

The copy has page number on each page and all the transactions that went through. But the format is different from the original and it is indeed on plain A4 sheets and not on bank stationary.

Also for the last 4 months I have the original bank statements, its for the 8 months prior to that for which I have the copies. This is the 2nd time I will be applying so just a...

Thanks for the link. But I couldnt find anywhere in there talking about what happens if cap is not reached. It only talks about when the cap is reached for a given month. Anyway was just curious to find out, not a problem if there is no answer to it!

What if Tier 1 (General) Monthly Cap Not Reached for a Month

Hi, Have a question regarding the monthly cap for Tier 1. If the limit for a particular month is not reached do they get carried over to the next month? That is if there are still 20 visas that can be given before reaching the limit for a month, do those 20 get added in the next months quota? thanks

Hi,

I wanted to find out for using a letter from employer as one of the proofs for earnings, how recent does the letter have to be? Is it alright if it is 2 months old or is there a limit to it?

thanks
