Thanks Guru

Its an incredibly vague area
So, its not taken as annual leave from employment, ie-quitting your job and going travelling for 2.5 months it wont be accepted as 'normal' leave and therefore could be rejected?

Thanks

I now have two more questions. .. 1-if I request my passport back from my wifes application, will it affect her application? 2-we want to go travelling for 75 days in the 12months before she applies for ILR. We will both give up our jobs for this. Is this ok because its less than 90days or will the ...

She got a court summons. Pleaded guilty by post. Then got a £215 fine plus costs. The fine was from magistrates court for a 'miscellaneous railway byelaw'

Rail fare incident-got a court fine for 'miscellaneous byelaw' for unintentionally using my staff pass on tube.

Maybe it is FLR M but she used that to originally apply so thought extension was something different

Someone once mentioned FLR O?

Citizenship question-do you need to hand in passport?

Hi

When applying for citizenship on spouse visa, does the applicant have to submit their passport with the application?
Is this then held for the whole time of the consideration?
Does the spouse also need to submit theirs?

Thanks

Criminal Record check for citizenship

Is this something the applicant has to do as part of the application or do the Home Office themselves do it?
If the applicant, which agency is used to get the certificate?

Hi

Before applying for citizenship must the applicant have held ILR for at least one year?

Or there no minimum, they must just hold it?

Thanks
