Re: Dividend Voucher

Out of the many posts you have, for which application/person is this topic for?? Perhaps a refreshing read of the Top 25 FAQs on the Forum Rules (click) will be beneficial, particularly point 11. Actually none of them for myself and if you see my history, I've got citizenship long time ago. But I h...

Dividend Voucher

Hi, It seems that the UKVI guidance related to the director of limited company has not been updated and it still says net dividend and tax credit (which has been abolished). So, could you please let me know for dividends and given the new HMRC rules, can we use the gross amount or we should stick to...

Re: Job Contract

My question was not about the validity of an old contract, it was about the necessity of it. You again proved to not even know as what actually you asking and plus not reading properly even written in easy english language around A1 level but you need to pass A2/B1. As repeatedly mentioned in previ...

Re: Sponsor Travel Document

No No. I am submitting my original Brp card and a copy. Me too wanna apply for a travel document but thought priority is to bring my wife here. You must submit your ILR Brp card as far as my solicitor made me aware and read in many threads. You can request for your BRP card to be returned after you...

Re: Sponsor Travel Document

Hi SAMIRA, I AM APPLYING FOR MY WIFE'S SPOUSE VISA ON THURSDAY. I HAVE JUST RECIEVED MY ILR brp 2 weeks ago. I have an expired travel document which I had during my discretionary leave. Submit your ilr BRP card (very important), previous travel document or passport showing stamps on it. very good. ...

Re: Job Contract

If you didn't get your desired answered then don't be panic and start doing google search. Read again the official financial threshold guideline and give your attention to 3.3.8 the same you quoted above and same no where says that contract has exception to 28 days rule. Ask yourself let's suppose ...

Re: Sponsor Travel Document

BRP alone is not sufficient. Passport/travel document copies must be submitted too. Thank you for your reply but can I ask on what basis you said that? I checked the rules and did not find anything. Is there any sample case that the applicant was refused due to non submission of the sponsor travel ...

Re: Job Contract

thank you for your email. but why it should not attach at all? Because employment related documents need to be not older than 28 days and most usually the contract is older than that. And since fresh employer letter is more easier to get which gives the same information which contracts gives, there...

Re: Job Contract

Give your original job contract its proof of your employment too. it was not my question With your attitude, I for one will not be writing anything to you in the future. Be at least appreciative people are giving an input. Which you will now no longer get. I dont know why you said that? I asked som...

Re: Job Contract

Job contract is not essentially required and especially if it is 28 days older (usually it is) than it shouldn't be attached at all. P60 maybe helpful in case of category B where last 12 months of income is needed to show but in case of category A it shouldn't be attached all. thank you for your em...

Job Contract

Hi, Is a signed contract required to prove an employment? The Appendix FM is very vague. It is said that payslips, bank statements and employer's letter are mandatory but about the P60 and job contract it is said they MAY be submitted (what does it mean)? Any case that the application was refused be...

It is not about the money. It is about the timing and we dont have time to get that version. Any comment from those who used the online version?

Re: Rental Income

The guidance clearly said: A copy of the title deeds of the property or of the title register from the Land Registry So it seems they dont have any issue with the copy. But it is not clear whether they accept the online copies as it completely similar to the posted one. I searched other posts and it...

Rental Income

Hi,

to use rental income from properties in the UK, is the online title deeds (£3 version) is enough or we need to get the official ones (which will be sent by post)? The guidance is a bit unclear about it.

Thanks

Crime not Recognized

Hi,

it is a weird situation for my friend. she is going to apply for a UK family visa but she was fined by police in her own country for not having a proper Hijab! She does not know if she has to declare it on the application form as this offence is not recognized in the UK.

Any thought?

Re: Cash in Hand Income

In my friend's case not all the income was cash and about 25% was in cash. correct tax was paid and accountant explained the situation in their letter. proper documents regarding the genuineness of the income were submitted and the visa was granted. As I said before it is what mentioned clearly in t...

Sponsor Travel Document

Hi, One of my friend is going to sponsor her husband for a spouse visa. the problem is that she has received her ILR BRP card recently but now she has to apply for a new travel document which takes about 2-3 months to receive. So, the question is that is it necessary to submit a copy of the sponsor'...

SET(M) Weird Requirements!

Hi All, new version of SET(M) asks for strange documents. In the children section it asks for plenty of documents which for some of them I even do not understand what should be provided? for example what do they mean by: Evidence of your and/or any partner’s parental responsibility for the child/chi...

Hi and thank you for your response. The same person applied for his child's British passport however he was told that it may take several months. Now, someone told him that he could apply for a settlement visa (Appendix FM) for his child. Is it correct? I am under the impression that as his child ha...
