Would I be allowed to attend the appointment with my wife for any clarifications etc or will it be just my wife allowed in the PEO. 2) On page 9 of the ...

Settlement checking service refused to assist

Hi, I would really appreciate if someone could guide me on a rather confusing scenario. I got my ILR in Aug 2012 and since then I have become a British citizen. I was on Tier 1 (G) visa prior to my ILR. My wife was given PBS dependent visa in April 2011 for 3 years (till Apr 2014). She made her appl...

ILR Approval - Waiting for BRP

I got my ILR approval at Croydon PEO on 16th Aug but haven't received my BRP yet. I understand that it could take 5-7 working days to receive it. Looking at some of the posts in this forum, applicants have normally received the BRP much earlier than 5-7 working days Shall I contact the UK border age...

Hi Smam,
Thanks for your reply,
My current Tier1 visa is valid till Apr 2014 (I switched from WP to Tier1) and so is my wife's visa as she is a PBS dependant. So her visa is expiring in Apr 2014.
In the light of above, can you please clarify if I still have to apply my wife's visa with me.
Thanks
