@ H O Fan, the RC was stamped in my passport. It took 4 months and 3 weeks to get it returned from the HO. I never requested for my passport back at any time.

EEA2 CHILD BENEFIT

I am married to an EU national and just got my RC. I have 2 children from my previous relationship and would like to know if they are eligible for child benefits. Both children were born here.

And is there any benefit that I'm not eligible to get. I am a national of a commonwealth member.
Thanks

I sent an EEA2 application together with my wife's EEA1 since on the 14th of July and I haven't received COA or any correspondence up till now. Should I start to follow-up with the HO or I should be a little patient.

Thanks
