Hi All, I agree that selling PEO appointment is bad practice, but on other hand, one should also understand the status of applicant, who has invested 2-3 weeks of nights but not able to get ANY appointment. Now, using words 'SELLING APPOINTMENT' is also wrong but its actually 'PROVIDING SERVICES'. B...

Hi Anish,

Its better to clear your any pending VAT returns.
But, from CW point of view, he is not bothered about your taxes.
So, you dont need to worry on this front.

You can definately use OLD version till 3-Jan-2013, but it will be better and safe to use new form, as It might take some extra effort to refill but for getting the visa safely through its WORTH.

You cannot withdraw VAT and show as income, because ultimately that VAT needs to be paid back to HMRC (like quarterly).

In this case the employer (HR head) called and informed the employee that there is mail from BHC.

Its an learning to avaoid these situation: We should not give contact of HR head to BHC in the application rather pass on the contact infos of HR executive etc, who are more friendly and familiar.

Something along the lines that it needs to be dealt with 'before end of business today!' Put pressure o...
