Awesome!

Well after some initial worries - it seems fairly cut & cry. The only thing up for debate is whether or not we can prove that I can support her I suppose.

Haven't read about a case online about someone being refused under those grounds,

Well, I finally went to the horses mouth and read the home office documentation - and it confirmed the quote above, thanks! This section is the last which confuses me: (i) the applicant has limited leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom which was given in accordance with any of the provision...
