Yes Shazia, You could scan the originals and send them via email. I have done it many times. No problem.

You should wait atleast 2 more weeks for the cheque to clear. It is too early at the moment as HO takes atleast 2 weeks for payment via debit card (my experience).

Don't worry ananthahari if you type Warrington in google maps and get the direction for L3 9PP you will see its around 20 miles.

My spouse application was also delivered from Warrington today. So just chill and relax and enjoy the winter waiting time. :)

If the visa is expiring in few data I would suggest to go a head with the application with the photocopy and mention the DVLA stuff in the additional info page otherwise if the visa is expiring in a months time I would suggest to wait for the BRP as DVLA applications are quick.

Hari I would be sending it by post. If you check the last page of the application UKBA haven't asked for the certificate. They are just asking the number of the certificate. You just need your certificate number. No need to send the original. Just photocopy the original and attach with the application.
This should give case worker the confidence to proceed with your spouse application. That is what I will be doing.

I emailed home office and they can't emailed the scan copy of invitation letter and they said that I would not be able to attend the ceremony without that invitation letter.

I haven't received any letter from Home Office yet. I emailed them last month and got a reply that my application has been approved. Hence the question.
