I applied for naturlaisation and UKVI received my application on 2 April. Got fees deducted and acknowledgement letter and email. My passport was valid until 16 April so it is now expired. Is that ok or they can reject my application or ask me to send a valid passport? please help

I don't know what the case worker would do. It is very likely he will reject the application unless he has evidence to cover the full 5 years. When you previously applied did you provide such evidence? Normally for RC you just provide a few payslips and for RoR the same so you don't provide evidenc...

I think it is understood when someone is issued with BC that they already hold PR status. All you can do, same like myself 2 years ago, is just apply with all papers you have and write a bullet point letter short and to the point explaining your situation. It is hard when ex is not helping

If your wife holds PR card you need a photocopy of it and the letter accompanying it and that would make things much easier. If she qualifies for PR but not issued with one you need to show evidence she was exercising treaty rights till divorce so obviously you need her help

Ex is headache because there are lots of problems with her and she is not helping me at all, she is trying to make life harder for me.
The reason for different COAs is incompetent UKBA staff.
Nothing is mentioned in the COA abour ROR, it was the same EEA2

Thanks Eusmileweallsmile, I have submitted the request to RODRequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and they sent me an automated email. so, fingers crossed till then. I also stressed that I only need the passport and I want the application to be processed as usual
