EEA4 application update

hi well here is update on my application for EEA4
sent application to home office on 10/05/11
Certificate of application recieved 08/06/11
dated 28/05/11
hopefully will not to wait for 6 months lol

thanks for your reply guys well i called the home office yesterday to get a clear information you know what they have told me . only EU national will be get PR automatically after 5 years right.. but non eu family member has to apply officially for PR to home office before applying for naturalisatio...

i was with my wife . we had all the documents as well and marriage certificate.. as well i printed off germany embassy website page. where they did mentioned you dont need visa being a eu family member but after landing there. story was totally different so sad. waisting almost 700 pounds on tickets...
