SET LR - how to get a priority service for a faster decision on your settlement -

Hi, we would like to use a faster decision option with my partner's ILR LR application. We have submitted it online and can not find where the options for a faster decision are. Gov.uk stated a 5-day priority decision and one-day priority decision services. How do we get them?

Thank you!

Visa received in less that two weeks after standard application form submission. Thank you all for help!

It will be 5 years on the PBS dependent route in September 2022. Which form do we use to apply for ILR/ what is the checklist?

Thank you!

Re: PBS Dependent query - confused

It keeps asking the following questions about the main applicant (me, BC now), before letting my wife proceed wi...

Re: PBS Dependent query - confused

You do not need to provide such information there is a question specifically asking whether we have received medical treatment in the UK, with simple answers Yes or No. If you answer yes, it starts asking you have you paid, when, what are the dates, addresses of hostitals etc. The only option to av...

Re: PBS Dependent query - confused

many thanks for this. When we start filling in the form, it asks about immigration status of the person to whom the dependent is linked, incl. SOC code of the occupation. Re: PBS Dependent query - confused

Any advice welcome is there is anything to reduce the number of years required on the visa and associated surcharge. Unfortunately not. The immigration rules state it will be a 3 year extension when the main PBS visa holder has got ILR. There is no discretion to shorten the time it is granted for. ...
