Are you sure they send everything back together?? What if I ask for my GB passport back and driving licence... Will this lengthen the application or hinder it in any way? Obviously I have to leave my spouses passport.

Any experiences?

Hi

I made a ILR spouse application on form set m - when do they send back documents that were submitted in support of the visa? It has been 2 weeks since application made.

HRY2005 - Your guidance notes differ from the official FLR O guidance notes.. Are the guidance notes you linked concerning DL also valid and upto date as of now?

From reading the small print on forms, I am under the impression because your partner is outside of the immigration rules they would have to satisfy the total commitment of 2 years unbroken stay in the UK before applying for ILR.
