Re: Few questions about application. thanks for helping :)

You can get address of your tax office from any HMRC letter or P60 form or similar. It is not your PAYE ref but if you have such a reference you can use that in Q1.52. Quick question; just looking at a few different P60's and apart from the paye reference I'm unable to see either the HRMC address o...

Re: Escalation to MP

My AN form was very carefully typed and confirmed via NCS. Why would they omit one of my three names? When its on my passport and my AN form? Careless in my view. If they rejected my application for a valid reason that would be one thing, but to lose my application fee and have to repeat this proce...

Re: section 1.53 employment 10 years or 5 years

Quick question on 1.49. If the applicant is the director of his ltd comanpay, but is also the only employer which option do you choose? Employee or director? He is currently getting a monthly wage through his ltd company; therefore I thought he was an employee of his ltd company. Many thanks in adv...

I do have a PR. But whilst I'm helping my husband with his application; I couldn't stop noticing the amount of EU nationals applying for BC as well. Hence the reason I thought lets obtain some forum members opinion :)

Re: Criminal Conviction: Hope for me?

Ok, here is the update and the planned "plan". 1: HMRC sending job history in 7 - 10 days. 2: Got success with some past employers to give the dates. But nothing in writing due to paucity of time. 3: So I will write approx start dates as derived from the P 45's, pay slips and explain to the HO hone...

Question for EU nationals: will you apply for BC & why?

Hi, I'm not sure if there is a similar topic. However I wondered the following... All those who went through the EU route for their family members to obtain residence; will you consider to become a british citizen and apply for nationality? I've seen recently a lot of Europeans becoming/applying for...
