If I have an ILR visa, do I still need to fill in a landing form when I arrive England from overseas?

I am just wondering... does everyone receive an acknowledgment letter? My application was posted on 17th Sep but i haven't received anything from the home office yet.... however I know they have received my application because the fees was deducted from my bank account...
