My friend is in the same boat, he started working on 01/01/2010 but no WRS means he only became PR on 01/05/2016, so I have wrotten in the additional info one the form make sure they don't look at the period berofe May 2011 as it is no needed. Fingers crossed they send him his PR soon.

seems like he is Polish citizen as anyone who was born in Poland, he can apply for Polish passport. I don't follow your logic here, as Polish citizenship is generally inherited, and not derived from place of birth or residential status of parents. You can apply for his PR right now. You have been advised not to apply for his British Citizenship next year but only at the time when you get PR status. Baby does't have to apply for nothing. Get your husband PR sorted and than tetister child using MN1

When I done mine EEA3, naturalization, British passport I have only send my current passport. I had one before but it was expired before I even entered UK for the first time.
