Just wanted to say tht I had my tribunal appeal today and the judge kindly allowed my decision..


Just for everyone to know that you CAN provide fresh eveidence because THEY DO ask for it..if you have it they allow the decison...

Does anyone know what the next stage is??

Does homeoffice record phone inquiries??

Hello,

I wanted to know If I called the homeoffice regarding my visa status or sending additional documents, do they make a record of the call or leave anote on the applicants file that an inquiry was made?

thank you for the replies, @mulderpf - well i am providing the statements now? are you saying i will still get refused? wheres the sense in that? @tyre- i have all the docuemnts they need which i sent to the immigration tribubal...my hearing is not long to go, i am just worried what i might be asked ...

Refused Tier 1 visa

Hello, I was refused tier 1 visa because of the following reasons: Missing marrige certficate for my wife, which i dont think is a requirement, as she was a dependant on my visa already and she produced these documents to get the visa in the first place, i dont understand why they refused it ...

Yes I have got my appeal date for december.

Do they ask questions at the appeal?

If they do, do they question only what they have queries aginst?

Finally, am i still legal to stay in the country as my visa was refused but have an appeal in december?

Documents asked from homeoffice

i was recently asked by the home office to send a document which was missing from my file, they did not ask for anything else...does that mean they are satisfied with the documents provided or they decide after all the documents are received?????

Does a council tax court hearing affect ilr application??

I recenlty had a letter from my local council that I have a court hearing, due to not paying my council tax for the last two months, i will start paying as soon the month ends.

The question here is wether a court hearing affects my application for an ILR??

I called the homeoffice and they had no avaiblity till November...

Has anyone heard of a sameday premium service for tier 1 visas within the uk?

Someone told me you send a solicitor with your file to the homeoffice to lodge your application??
