Hi to all, So not to bring the thread down, but my ILR was refused this morning, I haven't read the last 30 odd pages but it seems everybody else has received theirs. Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

In regards to the 28 day window, that was changed a few years back to 14 days and at the discretion of the Caseworker. I will fall just outside of those 14 days. Plan B currently in progress is applying within the UK to the appeals board, stating all of the above, But I am not sure whether to do the...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Call Logged again, apparently they sent an email on the 7th of December (probably the "this falls within the standard service window" generated reply) but nothing was received. All home office domains added to the white list, so safe to assume their email exchange is governmentised and available occ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I had some spare time so have made a list of all the cases on here in the last few weeks. There does seem to be a lot more responses since middle of last week, so maybe they're getting on top of everything. This is not 100% perfect. I guess a few will have had responses and not posted in here about...

She WAS (and still is) an EU national, but now a British citizen settled in the UK You cannot apply for ILR on...
