Doubts about Birth Certificate

Hi

I have got doubt regarding Birth Certificate requirement during OCI card application.
Is it mandatory to have Birth Certificate ?
My issue is that i dont have one. Can you advice me on how to proceed with this issue?

I had recently applied using NCS and i was told that we need to show UK NARIC letter along with our degree certificates. Its always a risk of taking PBS calculator print out. As we deal with council, they may not be updated with PBS calculator and we may end up in difficult situation... mates, prepa...

For AN application, the photos attached to your reference form should have your name & DoB of the applicant only.
If the photo comes off during the handling / processing of application,it has to be identified. That is the reason they ask us to do it.

The acknowledgement letters are sent by 2nd class, that could be the reason you haven't received it...
You will be fine...

I used Nationality Checking Service provided by local council, For AN 1.22, the Life in UK Test and UK NARIC letter with degree certificates will do. I had used the Nationality Checking Service provided by local council and i had submitted my UKNARIC letter and copies of Educational Certificates, along with Life in UK Test.
