the passport should be valid for atleast 6 months when visa is granted. When you renew passport with valid visa, the one with the visa cannot be cancelled and returned. So technically you will have two valid passports!

If you provide any additional document for AR, it won't be considered. If the initial decision is upheld, you can reapply.

you should get them signed and stamped. even if the pdf reads 'this is a computer generated statement and does not require any signature.' Worth the effort. Even at VFS, they might check this.

If your question is on the english points, no need of any sort of letter from univ if you have original degree certificate. Check whether PBS awards points for english for your university. Provide only adequate documentation.

how do you make out it is original without, stamp, sign or logo? Ideally it should have all of these if you receive originals. Is it on a letterhead without logo? (i haven't seen any company letterhead without logo).

submitting the bank passbook should be fine. sign and seal can add some genuity. Don't sumbit too many proofs. Submit your bank passbook and it should show all the transactions stamped in it. looks tricky. Have never thought BHC would do that. If it's a small time company, then he can try convincing the case and ban for 10 years etc. To be on the safer side, including offer letter might have helped clear BHC's doubt. Since BHC is asking the employer, there is little we can do on this.
